Valentines Day Gift Hop – Prizes!

ValentinesDayGiftHop 2014
This year, part of my Valentines Day celebration involves hopping around at Skye Warren’s Valentines Day Gift Hop. I hope you’ll be hopping right along with me. The grand prizes are a Kindle Paperwhite and a book bundle of new adult romances. Every hop stop will also be handing out a prize, so you have more than 170 chances (yes, really, over 170) to win something.

Here, on Patricia Green Books, I’m giving away a copy of The Winner: Romantek. This book was on the Amazon Top 100, and the Blushing Books Top 50 for a number of weeks when it first came out. Recently, it was also highlighted by CBS Radio as a recommended read. It’s a sci-fi, time-travel, erotic, spanking romance, which is a mouthful, but it honestly wraps all these things together in a tidy parcel. It’s also the first in the Romantek series, the second one will come out in a few months, and a third is in the works.

But that’s not my special Valentines Day release. For Valentines Day, I wrote Journey’s Valentine. It’s a love story about people who overcome some big life challenges — challenges you might relate to — and they come out even more in love than they were at the beginning. They have career vs. family difficulties, gang violence, and domestic discipline issues. Find out how they manage these problems in this novella. Hint: Little candy Valentines hearts play a part.

You can pick up a copy of Journey’s Valentine at Blushing Books (all formats) and Amazon.com.

To be entered to win a copy of The Winner: Romantek, or one of the grand prizes, leave a comment below with your email address. Please, no cut and paste comments. Simply answer this question: name one difficulty the couple has to overcome in Journey’s Valentine. There are 3 possible answers; pick any one. And, really, don’t forget to leave your email address, or we can’t contact you for a prize. One more note: I have had a few prizes moved from the #1 winner to the #2 winner because the #1 winner either had a dead email address or the prize congratulations went in the spam filter. Please check your email carefully after Feb. 15.

Now get to hoppin’! See ya there!

  • I can’t wait to find out about the career Vs. Family difficulties. Thank you for a chance to win.

  • Pilar will have to decide whether the promotion that is in the offing is worth the strife it is causing her marriage and plans on starting a family. Without reading the book further as to if the husbands treatment of the wife, by spanking her as punishment, when it was only used before as a way to increase their intimate play, will cause their relation ship to further disintegrate or not. Or if they will find a way to appease the different masters that are rulers in their lives to find a way to make them both happy with their decisions.

    • Will they be able to start their family, will Pilar be able to incorporate the new job responsibilities into her marriage and family life? These are all unknowns and make look forward to how you were able to resolve all the issues they are having. Deuce can’t be allowed to abuse his wife’s trust by employing the spanking/discipline he previously used during their sexuelle play by now turning it around and using her submissive nature against her by disciplining her as punishment for forgetting to call him to let him know she was coming home late. That would so not fly with me! Seeing as they are both adult enough to have consented to this act to be used for their enjoyment only, I hope, Pilar is his equal in every way not his doormat.

      • I don’t think this book is for you, Gabriele. She does get spanked for thoughtlessness. Their domestic discipline issues revolve around a spanking gone awry as well. Deuce never, ever harms Pilar, but their spanking behavior is not all erotic (even though Pilar is rather fond of that). I appreciate your thoughtful comment. 🙂

  • One difficulty the couple has to overcome is gang violence. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  • Gang violence-so glad that’s something that has not been a problem where I live (at least no yet!) Thank you for the gifts, and HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!

  • I know of many who had job vs family issues. Will be curious to see if they can work this out. Thanks for the giveaway.

  • Patricia I am looking so forward to reading Journey’s Valentine. The cover is so cute. I enjoy novels where real life issues such as career vs. Family are addressed. It’s fun to see how the characters work it all out! Please count me out of your personal giveaway since I have already had the fun of reading Romantek. So good by the way!!

  • I read both books and adored them. I hope you write a sequel to Romatek. I told you when it first came out that it would be in the top 100.

  • Gang issues…that’s kind of something that’s out of ones control.
Thank you for the giveaway =)

  • Discouraged with how her life is shaping up, Pilar leaves Deuce. She wants to be what he wants, but she can’t resist what it means to be an independent woman. Obstacles are certainly ahead for these to in Journey’s Valentine. victoriaembers at gmail dot com

  • Making a decision about whether or not to take a job that will affect the rest of your life is difficult, especially w/o input from your partner.

  • Deuce and Pilar want to have a family but her new job offer that will be demanding and keep her away is causing problems because she also doesn’t want her child to be raised by an au pair. And Deuce isn’t really helping her make her decision! I look forward to reading this story I loved the blurb and now I can’t wait to see what happens. Thanks for sharing!
