Are you ready for another Horny Hump Day? I am! It’s hard to say whether the holidays are rushing toward me, or if I’m dragging before my vacation starts. I know Horny Hump Day will pick us both up.

This week, I’m sharing another tidbit from The Girl with the Thistle Tattoo, due out soon from Blushing Books.

In this segment, Astraea and Cal are making out on his couch. She’s rather prone to jumping in with both feet, but he likes to take things a little slower.

“Can I give you head?” It was a question no man had ever said no to. It was, in fact, a rhetorical question, but Cal surprised her.

In this Saturday Spankings segment, Astraea thinks Cal wants her to take off her pants in order to fool around, but the fool here is Astraea. Cal has another occupation in mind.

Confused, Astraea moved to sit on his lap, but he stopped her again. “Not to sit. To lie over. I’m going to spank you for being so stubborn that you can’t see your own self-worth.”

“S-spank me?” Wow. She’d been spanked during sex before, but never as a…what was this? A punishment?

Well, naughty girls get spanked. What else could she expect?

Happy Hump Day! December is here, and cold weather is upon us. Time to curl up with a hot cup of coffee and peruse the Horny Hump Day offerings in your flannel jammies. Thank you for hopping over to my little piece of the ‘net.

I’m revealing a bit from my upcoming release, The Girl with the Thistle Tattoo (excerpt here). You might be wondering if this is like the movie and book with a similar name. I assure you, it is not. This is Cal Chesterfield’s story, right about where it takes up from Kiki’s Millionaire. Cal is the younger brother of Jim, Kiki’s hero.

Cal is tired of shallow relationships and relationships that end in recriminations. When he sees Astraea, however, his mind goes pretty dominant and masculine, as we see in this little “thought bubble.”

She had a long, narrow waist and a butt that was tightly outlined in black yoga pants. It was a perfect butt, too. He wished he could lift her by it and take her right up against the wall.

In the coffee shop where this first meeting takes place, that might be a tad inappropriate. Cal’s going to have to wait, poor fellow.
